Sleeping arrangements With space for up to 8 guests, this three-bedroom, two-bath home is designed for restful nights. Each bedroom includes room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. The primary bedroom opens to a private balcony overlooking the water - an inviting spot to take in crisp mornings or settle in as dusk falls. Essentials are provided, and in-unit laundry with a free washer and free dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Outdoor living Set directly on the waterfront with marina view and canal view, the home offers a private dock that extends your connection to the bay. The fully fenced private backyard provides open space to gather, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. Kayak access is available from the property, offering a peaceful way to experience the water when conditions allow. A public park with green space and a playground sits just across the street, adding even more room to explore. Indoor comforts Large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding scenery. The 45 inch HDTV with Roku, record player, game console: PS3, board games, and exercise equipment offer relaxed entertainment options. Heating, ceiling fan, and portable fans help maintain comfort indoors. Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door provide a quiet setting for focused work when needed. Kitchen & dining The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals and gather around the dining table. Coffee maker options are available for slow mornings, and you can choose to dine indoors or step out to the outdoor dining area when the weather feels right. Family-friendly features Traveling with children is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib available upon request, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and a baby monitor. Thoughtful touches throughout the home create a setting that works well for families. Practical details Free parking on premises includes two off-street spots in the 22-foot driveway. The home is pet-friendly with prior approval and a signed pet agreement. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and luggage dropoff allowed offers flexibility for early arrivals or late departures. Exterior security cameras on property may be in operation, and home safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Neighborhood Located along the shoreline of Marin County between San Francisco and Wine Country, the home balances natural waterfront surroundings with access to nearby towns. The Golden Gate Ferry terminal is a short drive away, offering a direct route into San Francisco while you return each evening to the steady calm of the bay. Note: The home is pet-friendly and includes two off-street parking spots in a 22-foot driveway. Street parking is not permitted for short-term guests per city ordinance. Self check-in is provided through a smart lock. Luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures, and cleaning during the stay is available. Exterior security cameras face the front, sides, backyard, and dock. A refundable security deposit, rental agreement, and government-issued ID verification are required, with a maximum of 8 guests per city permit. Early Check-in: Available for $35 per hour before 4 PM. Free luggage drop-off anytime. Early check-ins $50 per hour prior to 4pm, minimum $100 charge. Exceptions for 3pm check-in may be available upon request without additional charge. Always happy to take luggage early, no charge. Late checkout $50/hr after 11am if approved in advance, otherwise $100/hr or fraction there of until no one of your group is on the property.
