Plan your beach escape to the Sunshine State at our Pensacola home. Our family and pet friendly home boasts 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space for up to 11 guests. After a full day of outdoor fun at all the nearby attractions, you'll have a full kitchen to prepare your home-cooked meals and end the evening relaxing in our screened-in porch. For those days where you just want to stay in, our private gas heated saltwater inground pool & game room will keep the kids entertained. The space Bright open floor plan is perfect place to unwind and recharge while away from home. Four bedrooms (2K, 2Q) and trundle provides plenty of room for 9 guests with an extra foldable hideaway bed available in the closet and a futon in the air conditioned/heated garage/game room for two additional guests. (11 total) A game room area has been added to the garage space for endless entertainment. There you'll find a single player arcade game with many games available, indoor basketball game, foosball table, air hockey table and seating area with futon for extra sleeping space. Board games, cards, puzzles and toys also located in the home for your use. A brand new gas heated salt water inground pool in the fenced in back yard has been added with more outdoor living space in addition to the Florida room. Gas heated pools like ours will heat water quicker, faster and be able to reach warm temperatures despite cooler temperatures during off season. The heater will be available for daily use during your stay, $50/day or $250/week (November-March). You can add on at any time, let us know if interested when booking.
