Just minutes to shopping and freeway access. Close to other community parks, multiple walking and hiking trails meandering throughout the area, along with playgrounds and sport courts. Word of Caution: the Greater Phoenix Valley has become quite sketchy with drugs and homelessness. We are nestled just outside the problem in the suburban upper Northwest Valley. Those issues have been slowly creeping in but you can still enjoy a safe walk outside at night and also not worry about your car getting broken into.
