Close to major shopping centers, only 5 miles from Fremont St and about 20 miles from Red Rock. The space Great for business remote work with Cox wifi internet speed up to 250 mbps download speed and 1.25 TB data plan, private work station laptop desk in master and bedroom 3, and also a public workstation in living room with printer. If you need to hardwire into modem with Ethernet cable please message host in advance and confirm the length of your cord so cleaner can move modem to an accessible place. Less than 10 minute drive to Fremont Street old Vegas area, master bedroom and private bath with separate patio entry. This house is unique due to being one of the few 4 bedroom 1 story pool houses in North Las Vegas while also being only a 10-15 minute drive from Fremont street and the strip, very close to the bus stops, and only a mile walk from major shopping centers. Food delivery and Uber/Lyft transportation is readily available. No garage parking but there is one driveway spot to the far right (the far right RV parking spot in front of far right gate) and plenty of street parking out front. The pool and spa are NOT CONSTANTLY HEATED but the weather is pretty hot in summer in Vegas. Sometimes I offer the option to heat the spa and run the jacuzzi bubbles during winter stays for $40 per day paid through airbnb invoice in advance before use. Message me to book and set up the pool guy to turn on the gas line the Monday BEFORE you check in and for me to set up a live video call with you for instructions how to operate the heater equipment. If you do not message me by the Monday before your check in date, the pool guy most likely won’t be available to turn on the gas line and set up the valves and equipment settings or set up a meeting for instructions. This is a NO SMOKING property. There is no smoking of any kind including marijuana allowed on the premises, either inside or outside of the house. No smoking outside on the back, side, or front patios or anywhere on the inside or outside premises. My Airbnb policy is if you smoke of any kind anywhere on the premises and violate this no smoking on property policy, you agree to leave and your reservation will be canceled with no refund. Guest access Guests can access the private pool and spa area in the backyard but none of it is constantly heated. During winter stays there is an option to heat the spa and run the bubbles for $40 per day advance invoice paid through airbnb, will need advance notice by the Monday before check in so pool guy can set everything up. Guests can use the kitchen to cook and use the common shared areas including the living room and dining room. Other things to note There is a $50 per night extra guest fee (under additional pricing).
