The home has a beautiful kitchen and dining area that opens up onto the front deck. High cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and living room create an airy, open spaces. Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy - the front deck, back deck, fire pit area and a 4-season porch! The entire home The house has 3 bedrooms, tastefully designed and fitted with the softest bed linens for our guests comfort. The house can accommodate up to 8 people with 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and a pull out sofa. There are three bathrooms with a total of 3 showers and a luxury claw-foot soaker tub. The bathrooms are stocked with ultra-soft cotton towels and all the necessary bathroom amenities! House is fully equipped and curated with care. The house has air-conditioning throughout, 2 fireplaces, Wi-Fi, high-def TVs, cable, chef’s kitchen, multiple furnished deck and patio spaces, propane and charcoal grills, firepit, foosball table, ping pong table, beach chairs/umbrella/cart, cooler, boogie boards, 4 season porch, washer & dryer and much more! After going to the beach, wash off the sand with the outdoor hot and cold shower! The house is equipped with exterior cameras at the front door and flood light areas for guest and property security. We are ~1,000 feet from Main Street (~2 min walk!) where you'll find the Harbor Candy Shop, three ice cream shops, two pizzerias, boutiques, and a cinema. Main Beach Ogunquit is a 10 minute walk away. We are close to the action, yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet down-time, too! Walk around town or take the Trolley from Ogunquit Center! The famous Marginal Way is a 10 minute walk away from this property. There is a circular spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom/bathroom.
