This is a newly renovated property with private access, pool & SPA. It’s a great place to get away and relax. Perfect house for large groups and family vacations. We are located less than 5.2 miles away from Disney, 14 miles away from Universal Studio, 24 miles to Legoland Florida, 57 miles away from Tampa and 21 miles away from Orlando International Airport. Less than a 1 mile away from shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The space The kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances outfitted to the home. Some of the features include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, convection oven, stovetop burners, and a microwave oven. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the view from the open floor plan family room and kitchen to the pool, and come and go freely to your private pool oasis. Your family room features a large screen television and comfortable seating. All complete with luxury furnishings. It’s easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the washing machine and dryer which were recently installed. Four of the six bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms, and the main floor master bedroom offers a mounted flat-screen LED television. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen LED televisions with and cable channels. The entire 6 bedroom 5.5 baths and a half bathroom villa was professionally decorated and refurbished top to bottom for your absolute enjoyment. House Rules: No Parties or any large gatherings (Penalty is $1000.00) Excessive Dirty/Trash ($200.00) Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (House is not pet friendly - $200.00) Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day) Smoking inside the house ($150.00) Illegal Parking (Grass, sidewalk street when not permitted : $150 each violation) Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence ) Temper with Pool Equipment ($1000.00) Temper with A/C Thermostat (Set below 72F/Freeze Up unit - $200.00) Guest access Resort Access: There is an extra charge for access card, you will need to pay $20 per access card at the clubhouse as soon as you arrive at the resort. The guard at the gate will guide you. That money is (Non-refundable). The clubhouse is open from 8AM till 10PM. Other things to note Pool Heating Available for a fee. It is $50/day plus taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm so we will be turning pool heater ON a day in advance and will be charging for that extra day. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (48 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be. Pool Heat is extra: $50/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days BBQ grill extra: $50 There is no extra charge for the crib. However, let us know in advance so we can set it up before your arrival.
