Spacious 3rd floor apartment with private entrance in a historic Minneapolis mansion centrally located in Minneapolis between downtown and uptown. Please note that the there may be guests renting the other floors of the mansion. The 3rd floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. (1 BR w/ 2 queen beds & 1 BR w/ 1 queen) The space The house is an 11,000 sq ft Mansion designed by Ernest Kennedy in 1931 set on famous Pillsbury Avenue in Minneapolis. There are two large bedrooms, one bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed, the larger bedroom has 2 queen beds (1 Tempur-pedic mattress and 1 pillow-top mattress) - (2 beds set up like a hotel room in the larger bedroom) Guest access The third floor has a separate, private entrance and is closed off from the rest of the home. There is an exterior door you access from the driveway as well as a door that can be locked at the top of the stairs. Other things to note Parking is available on the street, usually on the same block. Please do not park in the driveway. 6 overnight guests maximum- no extra visiting guests allowed without permission. Number of guests on reservation must be accurate to number of guests coming.
