The accommodation is a two-story house in the historic center of Catania, cozy, comfortable, and with style, 100% planned by the owner who loves comfort and design. Located on the second floor of a historic building, in one of the main streets in the heart of the city it has shops for shopping, bars and clubs right below the house. The space It is a property fully equipped with heating and cooling systems (air conditioning and radiators) - 6 double beds in the three beautiful bedrooms, one of which is located upstairs (160x200 bed with 25cm memory mattress) - 4 beds in the sofa bed (memory mattress 140x200 of 18cm) on the lower floor all equipped with a balcony. - 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essential amenities (courtesy kit, built-in wall outlets, hairdryer, radiator, towels). They have a shower cabin with shower head and hand shower, 2 bidets, mirrors, large support spaces and windows. - The kitchen is complete with everything you need, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, filter hood, water kettle, coffee maker and of course a complete set of pots and pans, plates and cutlery. It is an environment equipped with a balcony, table and chairs for eating comfortably. - Coffee, tea, herbal teas and water are available - The living area, very cozy located near the entrance, has a spectacular 43'' Samsung TV that will allow you to see the main streaming services (such as Netflix and Primevideo) and satellite TV (tivusat). It is equipped with a very fast 1GB Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, two sofas (one of the two is a sofa bed) with three seats (140x200), rooms available for guests and a beautiful balcony.
