Villa Natura is an impressive three-storey villa with an attic and a panoramic sea view of a total area of 250 m², built on a plot of 2000 m², with a 40 m² heated pool that offers its guests absolute relaxation and luxurious comforts. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in beds and up to 16 if necessary. Villa Natura is located in the area of Three Monasteries, just 4 km from the center of Rethymno. The space Interior On the first floor of the house, the visitor will find a spacious and bright space consisting of the living room, with three comfortable sofas, the spacious dining room that will host your meals, the living room with the fireplace, 42 inch Smart TV, PlayStation 4 and speaker bluetooth, for endless hours of joy, fun and play. Large windows lead to the comfortable balcony, with the outdoor dining area and the wonderful sea view. The kitchen of the house is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything else you need to prepare and serve your meals and has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Finally on this level there is a bedroom with a double bed 160X2, private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Going up the internal wooden staircase of the house you will find yourself on the second floor. There are three more bedrooms there. The first is the master bedroom with a double bed 160 X2 which has a wardrobe, smart TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with a sea view. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi, hydromassage shower cabin and sauna. The second bedroom has a double bed 160 X 2, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a private balcony, while the third bedroom on the first floor also has a double bed 160 X 2, air conditioning and a balcony with a sea view.Also, on this floor, there are two more bathrooms available with shower, mini fridge and the laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer. The internal wooden staircase will also lead you to the attic with the vaulted ceiling containing a double bed 155 X 2, two single beds 120 X 2 and 0.90 X 2, air conditioning and a fireplace. The ground floor of the house has direct access to the outside area and has 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60X2, two sofas, Media Strom, that can comfortably accommodate two more guests, air conditioning and wardrobes, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Exterior The outdoor area of VILLA NATURA will really leave you fully satisfied. It has an impressive view of the Aegean Sea and many facilities such as the private pool of 40 m² and a depth of 1.40, but also a separate children's pool for our little friends, with a depth of 0.70. Around the pool area you have the possibility to relax and enjoy the sun under the umbrellas, on the comfortable sunbeds, on the outdoor bed and poufs that are there. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor shower. You can enjoy your food under the pergola in the cozy outdoor dining area or your drink and coffee in the outdoor lounge. In the outdoor area there is also a gas barbecue and a playground for our little guests, in a specially designed area with lawn for endless hours of play and relaxation. The property is gated and has parking for five cars as well as WiFi throughout, inside and outside the house.
