Please read the animal requirements before booking. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a nice sitting area with a couch, full island for cooking meals. It has not 1 , but 2 cooking ranges. One with an oven and the other on the countertop of the kitchenette. You also have a combination washer and dryer in the kitchen. There are two TVs that have all the lastest streaming services installed, just bring your account and login. The bedroom is oversized and has a HUGE walk in closet. Both beds are queen size and have very comfortable foam mattresses. We stock a Keurig coffee machine and complementary coffee and bottles of water for the guests. The bathroom has hand soap, shampoo and bodywash. An iron and ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals. There is no on street parking as its a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need an additional space, you can request short term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down street. This property is EV friendly. You will need a mobile charger with NEMA 14-50 plug which will charge at 30 amp. The outlet is next to the garage. Please charge your car between 12am - 6am. Please request this ahead of the stay so we can make arrangements for you. You access the property, you will use the front walkway to get to the door on the LEFT side of the house. The beautiful 1 bedroom Suite is located in a Swim/tennis Community. Nearby you will find rustic shops, dining and attractions are in abundance which includes micro breweries, tapas restaurants, sushi bars and more. Just a short 5 mile drive and you will arrive at Acworth Beach and around the bend from the beach you will arrive at the awesome quaint downtown antique shops and local restaurants in the town of Acworth . In addition, the Suite is located 8 miles from Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, Ga. 9 miles from Red Top Mountain State Park best known for the 12,000 acre lake, Red Top Mountain is also a hiker's haven. More than 15 miles of trails wind through the forested park, providing opportunities for exercise and enjoying nature. The Suite is also located 3 miles from the Silver Comet Bike trail and also close to highway 75 which in close proximity to highway 75 which will take you straight into Downtown Atlanta for awesome historical attractions, dining galore, World of Coca Cola, Piedmont Park, The Atlanta Zoo, The Beltline, Krog Street Market, Ponce City Market, and many, many more attractions too numerous to mention! There is parking in the driveway. Please park all the way up on the right side. MID-TERM STAY: For mid-term stays (more than 2-3 months) the host does require background checks if the guest plans to stay with a multiple month commitment. The guest can books 1 month at a time without a background check however it will mean that the calendar will remain open after the guest term as others will have instant book capability. During the month, after the 15th of the month, the guest can elect to stay another 30 days if the calendar is open. However, if the guest would like to stay for 2-3 months on a mid-term commitment, please inform the Host ahead of time in the form of a "Inquiry" and arrangements can be made for background checks (criminal and Financial). These background checks are the responsibility of the guest to pay but the host will arrange for them. For 2-3 month stays, the host does require that the full term payment be made upfront to Airbnb. Airbnb does not pay the host immediately but will disperse funds monthly for the term of the stay so the guest funds are secure. All mid-term stays are still subject to the house rules. The host does not allow long term stays but mid-terms can be renewed after 3 months at the hosts discretion. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING (Tobacco & Marijuana etc.) or VAPING in or outside the property. Smoking inside the property will result in additional fees and termination of the booking. Read FEEs section for more details. ANIMALS (Including service animals): This property is a shared space; an apartment in a bigger home. Members of the family have medical issues which animals can/will/do cause serious health related problems so we are not in a position to accommodate animals. In the Accessibility Policy it says "A Host may qualify for an exemption in certain circumstances — for instance, if the service animal directly threatens their health or safety." We respectfully ask for reasonableness from our guests to not ask us to jeopardize our families health because there are other suitable options available on the platform that will meet your requirements.
