Even in summer, evenings are cool—fans are provided for your comfort. No Outdoor Fires: Fire danger is taken very seriously in Summit County. Outdoor fires of any kind are strictly prohibited. Fire Pit Not for Guest Use: There is a decorative fire pit on-site, but it is not permitted for use. Please do not attempt to operate it. Parking: 2 cars may park in the garage Additional vehicles may park in the driveway- no street parking! Absolutely no trailers of any kind are allowed on the driveway. Violations result in a $250 fine from the HOA. Occupancy: Sleeps up to 12 comfortably across two levels and two living areas. Stairs Required: This is a multi-level home. Wildlife: You may see foxes, deer, moose, and even bears. Please do not leave food or trash outside. Snow & Weather: Winter storms can be intense. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during snowy months. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance—mountain weather can be unpredictable.
