Stunning Dalchenna w/hot tub & huge garden

Dalchenna is furnished to a high standard of comfort creating the perfect entertaining space for families and groups of friends whatever the occasion. Added luxury of an outdoor hot tub with decking, patio, firepit and super large garden. Why stay anywhere else? The space Guests enter Dalchenna via the fully equipped utility room with separate washing machine and dryer. Also located here is the microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. We ask that guest don't wear outdoor shoes whilst inside the property. We provide complimentary slippers. On the ground level there is a large, bright and again fully equipped kitchen with island and separate dining area with ample space for 8 guests. The spacious ground floor hallway leads to a bunk bedroom suitable really for children but 2 smaller adults could also enjoy this space with the added addition of a PS4! Next to this bedroom is a toilet area with hand basin. This saves anyone having to go upstairs should they need to pay a visit! The warm and inviting lounge has many comfortable couches and arm chairs along with a wood burning stove, SMART TV and patio doors leading right out onto the decking and the amazing outdoors space! The main door for Dalchenna only has 1 original big black key which stays in the door permanently we ask that guests do not remove this key and ideally if they can use the patio doors or utility room for access. Downstairs we also have a large cupboard under the stairs which hosts the infamous Henry Hoover along with Vileda mop and clothes dryer. Up the winding, enchanting stairwell you will be greeted halfway by seasonally changing, stunning views on the top landing you can take a moment to rest and enjoy this window display! The Master dreamy bedroom boasts a King size bed, contemporary shower ensuite and adequate dressing room along the hall way is a perfect twin bedded room again with stunning garden and mountain views. Next door we have a delightful double bedroom with all the bedroom furniture you might need to make your stay extremely comfortable. Also upstairs to finish it off a spacious, bright family bathroom with a scrumptious bath tub and large separate shower. Now to outside which I believe is the space where family holidays are made, where special occasions will be spoken about for years to come! Situated on the perfectly positioned patio is an 8 person HotSpring Hot tub imagine soaking away in this tub whilst looking at those views sharing moments with your loved ones and sipping on a cold beverage or two or dining alfresco with the outside firepit roaring and keeping either the midges away in Summer or the Scottish Autumn and Winter chill. Scotland was voted as one of the best places in the world to see Autumn leaves and Dalchenna’s garden will not disappoint those looking for a riot of fabulous colours of red, orange, yellow, bronze and crimson. For the kids or the big kids at heart we also have a large Connect 4 that everyone can enjoy. The lockable outside garage where you can keep your bikes, kayaks, paddleboards etc... hosts a full sized table tennis for guest to play at anytime during their stay. The garden does lead to a river which can be fast flowing after heavy rain. Its a wonderful spot to dip your toes into during the balmy Summer or if you fancy a cold water dip to start your day you will literally think you have your own private wee dipping haven! Guest access The entire property with 2/3 private parking places Other things to note Although the house is detached we are based in a residential area so quiet respectful parties are expected. Especially when using outside areas. Please be respectful of neighbours outdoor quiet hours run from 10pm till 8am. That means no noise or music during these hours. The shop in Killin provide wood and kindling should you wish to use the wood burner and likewise if you wish to use the BBQ the shop also provides coals.
