Hand-built wooden barn doors and antique arrows as wall decor. Second bedroom is located by the bathroom. This room stays dark early into the morning so it's perfect for sleeping in! Queen bed, closet, fan and dressers. Guest access Entire single-family home is yours. With a lot size of 3,118 sq. ft. you'll have plenty of room to play! Easily go in and out of our house using the smart lock keypad with parking right outside the front door (ample street parking available) or feel free to utilize the cement driveway in the backyard. Bus stop is right on our block to bring you into RiNo or downtown. Wide road with bike lanes into RiNo and downtown as well! Other things to note Early check in and late checkout may be available upon request for a nominal fee of $25/hour. We love pets and have equipped the house to be extremely pet friendly! There is a doggy door in the sunroom that leads to a fully-fenced backyard with plenty of space for your pup to run and play :) If you are bringing a pet, we charge $180/month per pet.
