This condo is the master suite of a larger 3BR/2BA condo, which has its own entry from the common hallway. The suite is separated from the rest of the condo by a fire-rated, soundproofed, code-locked door. (The shared wall has an extra layer of drywall soundproofed with "green glue", as well as acoustic padding on the door). When renting this suite you share nothing with the rest of the condo, except the deck (which is technically shared among 12 units in the building, but people very rarely stray from their own unit). The complete 3BR/2BA is available for rent by booking the two individual parts of the condo. In this case you are provided with a code to pass through the separating door.
