This makes it very convenient for all skill levels to ski (classic or skate) to/from the Kottage. Private backyard, dead-end road, plenty of parking, & direct "step off your porch" & Ski!!! ABR snowshoe trails also accessible directly from the Kottage door. Staying trailside is the ultimate XC ski & snowshoe luxury. All members of your group can have complete flexibility of making their own schedule with the convenience of never starting your car during the cold winter days! 5min to Ironwood MI or Hurley WI, 30 min to Lake Superior Driveway is circular with plenty of parking for trailers. Entry hallway is equipped with pegboards for all your outdoor coats/hats/gloves & boot trays for your shoes (please no shoes in the house). Upon entry to the Kottage, an open floor plan greets guests with locally sourced basswood vaulted ceiling in the Living Room & Kitchen area (seating for 8) with spacious windows surrounding the gas fireplace overlooking the pond, backyard, & outdoor seating area. Technology: -No issues reported w/cell phone service or Internet connection -Starlink Internet service -High speed docking/charging station provided -55" ROKU Smart TV (use Guest Mode to enter your access credentials) along with a soundbar for entertainment is provided.
