Home in Rosemary Beach

Just steps to the sand, on the *beach side* of 30A in “Sunset Beach.” Our home, known as "Twin Palms", is situated inside a gated community within walking distance to Alys & Rosemary Beach. Sleeps 9 total: 2 in the 2nd-floor master (king bed), 4 in the 1st floor bedroom (2 Queens), and 3 in the 3rd story "Crow's Nest” (1 bunk bed & a twin). The Crow’s Nest is most suitable for small kids…and has a gulf view (No teens on top bunk). No crossing the Hwy traffic to access beach! Gulf side pool! The space 1st Floor: Bathroom and Bedroom (2 Queens) 2nd Floor: Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bed (King Bed), Bath 3rd Floor: Crow's Nest (2 Twin Beds). Most suitable for Kids. Guest access Garage parking for 2 cars. Please be aware that the garages are very narrow, requiring some vehicles to pull their mirrors in. (The Large Infiniti SUVs do not fit in these garages). Depending on the size of your vehicle, parking could be limited. Please reach out to inquire about your vehicle. Other things to note The 3rd bedroom is the upstairs crow’s nest. This space is best utilized for children, as it is not a large space. Refer to the photos included. Also, in peak season the beach gets very crowded. It is recommended that you rent beach chairs to ensure you have space. The bicycles on site are the owner's personal bikes and not included in rental.
