Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with local restaurants/bars, shops, playground, pickleball & tennis courts, basketball court, and skate park. Come stay at Oasis Bay for the best beach getaway. The walk to the beach is approx. 5 min. If you don't want to walk, take the 6-seater golf cart instead. Or simply relax in your own backyard oasis with a heated pool & screened enclosure. Home is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings. BTR #2096 The space Oasis Bay has a beachy coastal feel throughout and sits 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful white sand beach. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a washer & dryer. The master bedroom includes a King bed and a murphy Queen bed, the second bedroom includes a King bed, and the third bedroom includes a Queen. You will find a gorgeous large kitchen with barstool seating and a large 8-seater dining room table perfect for meals and entertainment. The living room has a large TV and a sofa bed. Lastly, you will find the amazing backyard which includes a heated pool, a screened encloser with a TV, a ping-pong table, and an outdoor shower. We know you will have a fantastic stay! Provided items: extra pillows & blankets, bath towels, beach towels, pack n’ play, beach chairs, beach toys, pickleball paddles & balls, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, k-cups, etc. (see more under amenities) House Rules: Pets are NOT permitted Quiet hours are from 10pm – 7am.
