Just 5 minutes away from the heart of the Eau Gallie Arts district-pubs, restaurants, boutiques, museums and galleries- and 10 minutes away from Atlantic surf, our 300 square ft studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just perfect for your next adventure. A variety of edibles will be growing in the patio area, depending on the time of year. We encourage you to have a taste or to inquire about any of the plants you see. Also ask about a full garden tour of the backyard (work in progress!) PETS If you have a smaller animal or are only here for a short stay message us as we may offer a discounted pet fee. LAUNDRY Please note this space does not have laundry access. TV Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video are provided and will give you access to thousands of free movies and shows. You are also welcome to log in to any streaming services that you already subscribe to (HBO, Disney+, and so on). BBQ GRILL You are welcome to use our outdoor propane grill, but please note that housekeeping does not maintain this. Instead, we ask each guest to please clean the grill after each use. Basic grilling tools are provided. Guest access Private parking for two cars and plenty of off street parking as well. Eau Gallie is a short bike ride away and the beaches are a 15 minute bike away over the causeway. Two coffee shops are within walking distance as well as vintage shops, a plant shop and a local record store. Other things to note This is a safe and welcoming space for all!
