Welcome to our sweet n’ cozy attached but very private studio apartment fully equipped with a luxurious iComfort king bed, fully stocked bathroom and kitchen spaces, and a comfortable seating area with a large high definition flat screen smart TV with a Roku. The space The space is perfect for folks visiting family/friends in the area, small families looking to explore Sellwood’s irresistible family-friendly charm, solo adventures/ couples looking for a cozy sanctuary, or business travelers interested in a quiet place to wind down. The astounding natural beauty of the PNW inspires the decor of the space, and many guests comment on its exceptionally homey vibe (we think due to the happy plants and natural light.) We are conveniently tucked away around the corner from the hustle and bustle of one of Sellwood’s main “downtown” areas, but the space still maintains tranquility and peacefulness. An easily accessible home base! With a walk score of 95, you can get to nearly anything you need with a 5-10 minute walk. Our two boys are elementary-aged, and they are very active, but bedtime for them is 8 pm. We understand that most guests are looking for peace and quiet. Our walls and floors are well insulated, unlike a hotel or apartment; however, you may hear some noises from time to time. If you do have a third-party member joining you, we have a very comfortable cot and memory foam mattress topper we can set up for you with some advanced notice.
