Additional Fees & Fees Notes: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra charge per night. Electricity/water/heating is included. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital maid guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the fields of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered for a fee on request. One parking space is available for free. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in the spacious living/dining area with everything you need for a relaxing cooking pleasure. A large dining table invites you to enjoy together. The adjoining living area with couch set, reading corner and fireplace offers a special atmosphere with its gallery open at the top. A large smart TV, radio/CD/MP3 player and Blu-ray player with a selection of movies provide entertainment. WiFi is of course available in our house and is free of charge. The modern wellness bath with hot tub, sauna and shower leaves nothing to be desired and ensures soothing relaxation. The entire basement has floor heating. There are two cozy bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and a wardrobe. One bedroom with additional TV (smart TV). From the gallery you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake, e.g. with a good book. Two additional sleeping places offers the comfortable sofa bed. Furthermore, there is a second toilet upstairs. The spacious terrace in south-west orientation overlooking the lake offers space for peace and quiet. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun lounger are waiting for their use. Washing machine, baby travel cot with mattress, high chair and footbenches are also available. Please note: this is a newly built lake park. There may be construction activities during your stay.
