Welcome to the vacation home Other things to note "Zonnewende"! You will find our holiday home in Seepark Nordhorn in a wonderful location right on the water. Equipped to a high standard, it offers comfort for up to six people on two floors. Notes on additional costs and fees: The rental prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Electricity/water/heating are included. Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. Bed and bath linen as well as firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in the spacious living/dining area with everything necessary for a relaxed cooking pleasure. A large dining table invites you to enjoy together. The adjoining living area with a sofa set, reading corner and fireplace offers a special atmosphere with its open gallery. A large smart TV, radio/CD/MP3 player and Blu-ray player with a selection of movies provide entertainment. WiFi is of course available free of charge in our house. The modern wellness bath with hot tub, sauna and shower leaves nothing to be desired and provides soothing relaxation. The entire basement has underfloor heating. Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV (smart TV). From the gallery you can enjoy, for example, a good book, a wonderful view of the lake. The comfortable sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places. There is also a second toilet upstairs. The spacious terrace in a south-west orientation overlooking the lake offers space for rest and relaxation. Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun lounger are waiting for you to use them. Washing machine, baby travel cot with mattress, high chair and footstool are also available. Please note: This is a newly built lake park. There may be construction activities during your stay.
