With a rooftop patio you can start the day with a cup of coffee in the fresh morning light or relax and de-stress at the end of the day while enjoying an evening breeze. The space La AltaVista is a private home that is located ENTIRELY on the SECOND FLOOR of the building with exclusive access to rooftop patio (no elevator); first floor is completely separate. There is parking for one vehicle under the carport. There is street parking for any additional vehicles. Other things to note Please park under the carport to the right side of the house (when you pull in the driveway, pull into the carport straight ahead). The entrance to La AltaVista is located there as well. Note: There is some construction up and down the street (new homes) so there may be a little extra noise and a little more traffic than normal, but it shouldn't be disruptive
