Beautifully furnished and comfortable, here is the perfect home away from home in Isla Verde for a relaxing and fun vacation under the sun. Enjoy the many beaches around the Isla Verde area. All you need are the sunglasses! Air-conditioning all through the unit. Our property is equipped with power and water back up, ensuring reliability throughout your stay. Have the piece of mind that the property has a reduced carbon footprint while you relax by the beach. The space The main area has a drawer that serves as a storing unit, a dinning table, a full kitchen and bathroom and a double-door closet that stores the refrigerator and washer/dryer. We have provided you with cooking utensils, flatware, pots and pans, plates and napkins. Also, the bathroom will have fresh towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room in this unit has a Queen size bed with a quilt and comforter, ironing supplies, a sofa-bed and extra bedding, and a tv unit. It has great ventilation with windows on both sides and A/C. The unit is located at a second floor. Guest access The Isla Verde beach is only a short walk away, as well as many restaurants with cuisines from all over the world. Other attractions in the area include: a nearby supermarket, nightclubs, banks and pharmacies. Other things to note The apartment for rent is only one of three units. Other people might be occupying the other rental spaces. However, do not worry about noise levels, since we have had no complaints- ever.
