Step into a warm and inviting living space adorned with a 55-inch Smart TV, perfect for indulging in complimentary streaming services like Hulu. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet throughout the house. The dining area, with its intimate and luminous ambiance, provides an ideal setting for engaging conversations among guests. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a complimentary coffee and tea bar, accompanied by a charming breakfast nook adorned with natural plants. Conveniently accessible from the kitchen, you'll find a washer and dryer for the use of our esteemed guests. On the first floor of this two-story home, the master bedroom awaits, complete with a King bed, ample closet space, a 55-inch smart TV featuring complimentary streaming services, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, a guest bathroom is conveniently located on this floor. On to the second floor, you'll discover two tastefully appointed bedrooms. One bedroom features both a Queen bed and a Full bed, along with a hanging rack and a small closet stocked with extra blankets. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, a well-equipped work station with a monitor, HDMI cable, and various accessories. An air mattress is also available for your convenience (for reservations with 9 guests.) The outdoor patio, accessible from the kitchen, provides a delightful space with seating arrangements for our guests. Enjoy the fresh air and, if you're inclined, engage in a game of cornhole in our private yard. Off-street parking is available right in front of our house, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. We invite you to experience the harmonious blend of comfort, style, and modern amenities that our home has to offer. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, except the basement. Other things to note - Please note that, like any other bustling city, Columbus experiences traffic congestion during rush hour. Travel times may vary depending on the time of day you venture out. -We offer off-street parking in front of the house for our guests' convenience. -While enjoying our patio's outdoor seating, please be mindful that the cushions are not waterproof. After use, kindly return them to the chest provided. - We warmly welcome dogs weighing under 25 pounds. During your stay, pets are not allowed on furniture. Additionally, when you are not present at the property, we require that your furry companion be safely kept in a crate. We have a pet fee of $65, you must add your pet to the reservation when booking. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a pet larger than 25lbs. - We charge $22 per guest per night after 6 guests. We kindly ask that you notify the host of any additional visitors prior to.
