There are three bedrooms on the second floor with a half bath. The Sunny Cove Cottage is an updated cottage which provides you all amenities you will need, but keeps the charm and character of a lake cottage. Outside you will find dock space for a boat and two decks. Open concept with plenty of space and incredible views from almost every room. You will have full use of the home, yard and lakefront. We live in town and will be happy to help with any questions or concerns during your stay. Private dirt road with only 10 homes that are on the lake. Quiet and peaceful! We have everything right in town! Great restaurants, Highland Park Market for groceries, CVS, Walgreens and many antique shops. UCONN is 10 minutes away.
