You will be close to everything when you stay at this cute basement apartment! With i-70 and 6th Avenue only 5 minutes away it makes it easier to get all around the metro area and to the mountains very quickly! Red Rocks amphitheater is just under 7 miles away!! Great stay if you're in town for a concert or show! In this cozy and bright basement apartment you will find yourself right at home. In each of the bedrooms there is a queen size bed with hotel like bedding and two nightstands, each with a lamp and an alarm clock. In the newly remolded bathroom you will find toiletries and extras for your use. The living room makes a great space to gather or pass a few hours as there is comfortable furniture a few games, toys and books. The kitchen also can be a great area to gather and enjoy yourself. It is stocked with basics like cooking utensils and spices as well as a few breakfast bars, coffees and teas. In the yard you will find a strawberry patch, please feel free to pick the ripe ones and enjoy!! The entrance to this sweet basement home is through the gate at the end of the driveway, into a private little yard just for you. The door where you will use your code is the orange door. The driveway will fit 3 cars front to back, please feel free to use it. There is street parking if needed, please just be respectful of the neighbors. I'm here if anything is needed, you may see us outside or in passing by but we will not bother you unless you wish ;) My toddler will definitely say hi if he sees you! He gets excited to see guests in the yard. I do try and mow and do yard care between bookings. However on occasion I may need to do it during a stay, but I will notify you before doing so. The neighborhood is West Pleasant View. Home to many families and a very active community. Whether it is someone walking a dog, taking a run or biking, there is always some kind of activity going on. Every first Saturday of the summer months you can go one block north and enjoy the Golden Cruise, which showcases a lot of really neat cars! Getting around this neighborhood is very simple. There are a few one ways and round-abouts, however that just keeps traffic flowing. Bus Stops are on South Golden Rd & W 12th Ave, parking in the neighborhood is free, but in downtown Golden there is also pay parking just to note. We are pretty close to the light rail station. This is a split home and we do reside upstairs. We have 3 kids and have tried to sound proof the best we can with carpet and extra thick padding, but we do have 3 kids so it isn't perfect. Their sleep times are about 7:30-8pm to 7am
