Only a 5 min drive from MICA, located on the second floor of a 100-year-old building, this 1,000-square-foot apartment accommodates up to 6 guests between two bedrooms and a lounge sofa. Prepare your meals in the full kitchen, home to a refrigerator, oven, microwave, utensils, and more. Unwind in the groovy living room, featuring a lounge sofa, 50” Smart TV, and several pops of color! Both bedrooms have queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and dedicated workspaces, creating an atmosphere of comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite private deck showcasing fabulous city views. Each bathroom offers a bidet, skylight, and a handheld, seven-position rainfall showerhead. If you need to do laundry during your stay, the building provides a coined washer and dryer in the basement. Please note that the machines operate with quarters, so we kindly ask guests to bring the necessary change. Guest access A keypad code for the door will be assigned on your arrival date. You will enter through the front of the building and a door leading to the 3rd-floor unit. Street parking is available either in front of the building or across the street where parking is allowed. Other things to note This is a residential building with two other occupied units. Guests must be mindful of other residents during their stay. The apartment is in the city; if guests are sensitive to noise or the hustle and bustle of city living, this may not be the right place for you. The space can accommodate up to six people: - Not suitable for children under 2 years old. - Absolutely no smoking inside the space. - No pets are allowed. - Shops, restaurants, and entertainment are within a 15-minute drive. - There's a cleaning fee for standard guest stays. However, a cleaning fee will be charged for any extra cleaning, removal of biohazardous waste, and any extra cleaning services and unusual activities.
