You can get to everything you need and want by walking or a short ride if you prefer. Property has a Large Living Room with 80" Flatscreen TV and spacious comfortable Bedrooms. The space This is a brand new beautiful property in one of the very best locations in Scottsdale. You can get here from the airport in 10 minutes and then you will have Everything you need very close by, in fact most everything is walking distance from the property. A quiet getaway in the middle of all of the holiday and springtime activity and events. Short Term Rental license #2024573 Guest access You'll enjoy access to the entire 2170 square feet of living space including a spectacular great room and three spacious bedrooms. I will meet you at the property for a brief walkthrough and to show our quick and easy shortcut walking to Downtown/ Oldtown Scottsdale. Other things to note You will be staying two to three blocks from Fashion Square Mall, 5th Avenue Shops and Oldtown. Enjoy all of the activity in Downtown Scottsdale, 100's of restaurants, stores, shops and nightspots. At this property everything you need and want is walking distance from the property so there is very little need for a rental car, unless you want to tour around the greater Phoenix area.
