WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners of the home encourage guests to use the home & grounds in the safest manner. The use of all home features including the grounds is done so at the guest's risk. Do not leave children unattended on deck balcony or upstairs near balcony, be mindful of the natural terrain of the property where hills and rocks exist. Guests who choose to use the fireplace, pond, and or fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability. Other things to note Primary renter must be 30 and older. We allow well-behaved pets for an extra fee. AWD in the winter or snow tires is a must
