The space This unit is within the Trellis building in the heart of the Gaslamp district, situated up the block from San Diego’s Hard Rock Hotel and within close proximity to all the fabulous restaurants (check out famed sushi chain, Nobu, across the street), bars and entertainment that downtown’s liveliest district has to offer, as well as the San Diego Convention Center, Petco Park and the Waterfront Embarcadero. Amenities in this building include secure underground parking, a well-equipped fitness center, community room on the second floor and an outdoor common space with lush landscaping, grilling stations and a lounging area. Guest access Entire condo & access to all building amenities. One assigned parking space in the building's secured access garage is available for use during stay. Other things to note You must pass a background screening and sign a rental agreement within 4 business days of your reservation being accepted before your reservation is confirmed. We will need a valid email address from you as soon as your request to book has been accepted to take care of these two requirements. -The screening request is free of cost to you, does not show as a hard pull on your credit, and only one person in your party needs to complete it. Results are back within 24 hours or less, and we are looking for good credit standing and no prior evictions. -We will send the rental agreement to you electronically through Docusign after background screening approval. Only the person who completed the background screening will need to sign with all others listed as occupants. If you do not complete or pass the background screening, or sign the rental agreement, you will be effectively cancelling your reservation. Completing these two items are a requirement for any of our rentals. **Please note that our office is not open on weekends.
