It is one of those typical chalets from the years of the construction of the Roselend dam (1960) which were built to house the foremen of the dam. Preserved in the state: green and white shutters, shimmering, sunny terrace facing south with stunning views of the mountain and the bell tower. You are 5 minutes walk from the shops and yet enjoy a great calm. The mythical Gum Ball that all children know for its sleds is at your feet. You access the chalet from a dead end, by a small staircase that leads either to the ground floor, or through a small balcony perron sheltered, directly on the 1st floor and the living room.
