For larger groups, guests wanting separate spaces, or anyone wanting to use the optional game room amenities, our Game Room Bungalow can be added to any reservation. Message for details. In the main house, the primary bedroom has queen sized bed, a loveseat, and comes stocked with high thread count sheets. The attached bathroom has granite countertops, a 'tall-person' shower and thick fluffy towels. The guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed, a private workspace, and a nice view of the night sky and surrounding mountains. The livingroom has a comfy couch which pulls out into a sofa bed, and a separate futon style bed. There is a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, completely stocked with modern cooking and baking tools. The spacious, open living & dining room has plenty of seating, a 42' smart TV, and a wood-burning stove. The hot tub is surrounded by a large wrap-around redwood deck with cozy spots for coffee or a glass of wine. The back patio has a 6 person dining table, a gas BBQ, a gas firepit, hammocks, games and plenty of additional seating. A short drive through the gorgeous Merced River canyon brings you to Yosemite National Park. Ample free parking on site. Back yard patio has hammocks in the summer, fire pit in the winter - the perfect place to gaze at the stars. The House and Bungalow are tastefully decorated with National Park themed photographs and paintings, many by local artists. Everything about the Midpines House and Bungalow are new and fresh. Please look through our pictures and book when you decide to vacation in style! Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property. Optional Bungalow Game Room available to add to any reservation - just ask for details! Our six acres are private, and for guest use. You will not be sharing with other guests. Other things to note The Game Room Bungalow is an optional add-on that can be included with your reservation. This fun space is a separate studio located just steps from the main house, and it can be used in two different ways depending on your group’s needs: • As a game and hangout space: You’ll have access to the pool table, foosball table, large-screen TV, and bar area. This option is available for a one-time flat fee of $100 for your entire stay. • As additional living and sleeping space: This is a great option for larger groups, couples, or families who would like a bit more privacy while still being close together. The bungalow includes a queen bed, bunk beds, full bathroom, kitchenette, along with all the game and entertainment amenities. This option can be added for $145 per night plus a $100 cleaning fee.
