Perfectly located between historic Fairhaven and vibrant Downtown, you're just steps from scenic boardwalks, parks, cafes, and coastal adventures. Whether you're biking the trail or relaxing on the deck, this is Bellingham at its best. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen, with reading lights and convenient charging stations with outlets and USB ports on each side of the beds. The closets provide ample space for clothing and we've supplied hangers and bins for organizing your wardrobe. The spacious bath has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The LED mirror provides additional lighting that can be customized with the press of a button, and the vanity has a handy little slide out drawer with outlets and designated storage for styling tools. The TV is equipped with Apple TV, just login to your account or stream with AirPlay straight from your device. We set up a designated workspace in the living room so you can enjoy the incredible views while you work or game. Equipped with fiber internet and a 27" monitor on a swing arm with HDMI and DVI cables so you can connect and get straight to work or play. The ergonomic Sihoo office chair is fully adjustable and has a weight limit of 330 lbs. with a floor mat underneath to easily move around. The dining room consists of a table with seating for 4 and stunning ocean views while you enjoy meals or your morning coffee from the coffee bar. There is a Keurig with k-cups as well as a small coffee pot, an assortment of teas, raw sugar, and honey for our guests to enjoy. Our kitchen is designed with gorgeous butcher block countertops and clean subway tile backsplashes. It's stocked with the essentials- cooking oil, salt and pepper, as well as a small assortment of basic spices. There is no dishwasher, but the spacious sink and drying rack allows for easy dishwashing and drying. Right outside your door you'll find yourself just minutes from charming Fairhaven with local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Boulevard Park is your front yard, enjoy your morning walk on the Boardwalk after grabbing breakfast at Woods Coffee in the park. This location is seriously one of a kind and we can't wait to share it with you! Guest access This top-floor apartment is accessed by a short flight of stairs from the lower parking lot. We have dedicated free off-street parking for our guests located in the upper parking area, just above the lower parking lot. There is a very short flight of stairs (about 8 steps) from the upper parking lot to the lower, and from there it's about 30 feet to the stairway leading up to the apartment entrance. There is also ample free street parking available directly across the street for anyone visiting you during your stay! Other things to note Please note that a train track runs along the waterfront, set below our building with a natural slope and green space in between—so it's not directly in front of the property. We’re located in Bellingham’s designated “Quiet Zone,” meaning trains pass without sounding their horns. You may still hear the rumble of the train and the occasional crossing bell, but most guests find it easy to sleep through. For light sleepers, we provide ear plugs just in case.
