Brand new (Oct. 2022) home right on Lake Conroe! Our home is 3 stories with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 12 comfortably. There is a large game room with a pool table. We’ve fully stocked our home with anything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances to games. We have a private boat dock and lift as well as a jet ski lift. We also provide two kayaks and a paddle board. The perfect place for families, girls weekends, guys weekends, fishing trips, etc. The space Our space is three stories, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. All bedrooms are on the second and third stories so stairs are required. We have 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds (one full and 3 twin), sleeping 12. We have a private yard, and private boat dock and lift as well as a jet ski lift. Full game room, two balconies and one patio, two car garage. Guest access Guest will have full access to entire property. You will be given a code (last four digits of your phone number) to access home through the front door. We have security cameras in the front of the home and in the back. This is for your safety and ours. There are no cameras inside the home. Other things to note Our first priority is our guests. We have tried thinking of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Equally as important is our home and our neighbors. Please show both the same respect we have tried so hard to show you. Any noise complaints or property complaints from our neighbors or our HOA could lead to you being asked to leave immediately. We are not looking to host partiers or events. We want everyone to have a great time without risking our ability to host vacation rentals.
