As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary Netflix on all TVs, high-speed WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. 2nd floor living area is reached via the stairs at the front door. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by turn-of-the-century houses, you'll have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our neighbors are friendly and look out for each other, giving you a true sense of community. And while our home offers a tranquil setting, it's also conveniently close to many popular attractions. Just 30 minutes away, you can visit beautiful Ocean Shores or travel 42 minutes to Westport for a day at the beach. Plus, the Kurt Cobain Memorial is also nearby. Just 2 hours away, you can also visit the iconic Goonie's House, perfect for movie buffs. The large master suite features a king bed, and all beds are equipped with premium Nectar memory foam mattresses, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. Each room also has extra blankets and portable fans for your comfort. There are also 32" Smart TVs in each bedroom and a 55" Smart TV in the living room, all equipped with Roku and complimentary Netflix. You can also bring your own login information for other streaming services, such as Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Disney+. Guest access You'll have full access to the property, including the partially fenced backyard. Fire up the gas grill and have a BBQ on the upper deck. For your convenience, there is ample parking on the premises. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, plus ample street parking. Other things to note Your safety and security are essential to us, which is why we have security cameras installed at the front and back doors, alley, and garage. While our home is in a peaceful neighborhood, you may encounter some wildlife like bears, raccoons, deer, and more. Please use caution when driving or walking around the area. Occasionally, if the house is clean and empty, I can offer early/late check-out. Early check-in is up to 2 hours early (2:00 pm), for a fee of $25 per hour. The latest for check-out is 1 hour, (11:00 am), for a fee of $25 an hour. As I respect my cleaning team's schedule, these times are not a guarantee. Please inquire if the house is available.
