Big Viennese City Apartment with Piano and AC

The apartment is located right in the heart of the seventh district or 'Neubau', an area full of cool independent boutiques, wine taverns and artists studios. There is an underground station within 5 minutes walking distance to the biggest viennese shopping street, 'Mariahilfer Strasse'. The space The flat is spacious and its location is one of the best in whole Vienna. Please be aware that the kitchen is relatively small for 9 people, but the neighbourhood is full of small, delicious restaurants. The spaceous balcony overlooks a viennese courtyard, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere, a contrast to the booming city life waiting outside. Guest access You will enter the flat by using a key lock in case I cannot make it personally. The code will be send to you a couple of days before arrival. The flat entrance is a special security door with an extra lock, as safe as it gets! Anyhow, the neighbourhood is very safe. Other things to note You will have to reduce the noise level after 10pm! Peace at night between 10pm – 6am is strictly regulated by the house rules and austrian law in vienna. This is particularly important on the balcony as it is very disturbing to other inhabitants.
