The space This single-level, ranch-style home is designed with families in mind. Inside, you'll find a king bedroom with a private half-bath, two cozy queen bedrooms, and a full hall bath with a tub and shower combination—great for kids after the beach. The living room offers space to relax with a smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home. Just off the kitchen, step outside to the spacious backyard where you'll find a bubbling hot tub, shaded dining area, a propane grill, and a turf play area that’s perfect for games or lounging. There's parking in the garage, room for two more cars in the driveway, and easy street parking for any extra visitors. Other things to note We welcome well-behaved dogs but are unable to accommodate cats. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors—no parties or excessive noise. For your convenience, beach towels and a washer/dryer are provided.
