Stunning Adelaide Hills views surround it. 35 minutes from Adelaide's CBD, relax in its Edwardian styled charm & use it as a base to explore many local Hills attractions. 20 minutes drive to the Barossa & on the way to Eden Valley. Each additional bedroom can be booked as you need them. A booking for 6 guests provides 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. A booking for 8 guests provides all 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Please do not book for 5 or 7 guests as each bedroom sleeps 2 guests and is charged as such. This saves you paying for all 4 bedrooms when you may only need 2 or 3. Please note, we do not provide single beds or single room rates. Those bedrooms not booked remain locked. A special kind of environment has been created for guests in this beautiful Edwardian lodge. Enjoy uninterrupted views of The Hills from our semi-enclosed veranda, lawns and gazebo. Kangaroos, emus and koalas can often be seen in their natural habitat. You will have exclusive use of the lodge during your stay. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, reverse cycle air conditioning, dual electric blankets. Please refer to the listing for bed configurations by room, please note all beds are king, queen or double size (no singles). The building has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. Guest access A large, separate kitchen is provided including gas hot plates, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Other things to note Children are welcome from the age of 5 upwards. We do not charge a cleaning fee, most places do, so please keep this in mind when adding up your total cost.. You are staying on a working farm, horses can often be seen in the paddocks and people can be undertaking tasks around the farm, feel free to say hello, everyone is friendly. :) Only those guests staying in the property (up to 8 adults & 1 child) are permitted access at any time & for the purposes of accommodation only. No events or gatherings of any description are permitted. Provision of Photo ID showing current address is a condition of booking.
