The space ABOUT THE HOME: This luxurious 3354 square foot, open planned, 7 bedroom villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. It has 6 THEME ROOMS and a THEMED Games Room. Your nearest neighbor is a nature park which gives you the poolside semi-privacy that is great to find. If you want to take a walk in the nature park, the path is just a 5 minutes walk away. But if the wilderness seems too daunting, take comfort in the fact that there is plenty of shopping and restaurants just a 5 minutes drive away. Best of all it is located only THREE STOPLIGHTS TO DISNEY! It is the perfect place, after a full day at the park, to quickly come home and relax. You can sit back in the sun, or the shade of a lanai, by a screened private pool (the largest you will find in Emerald Island) and clear bubbling hot tub. In the evening there is an Incredible Game Room where you can play pool or foosball. During the COVID, this is a perfect place to come and relax with family. You can set up your work station with FREE WIFI while the kids and family relaxes and enjoys the Pool/Spa, Themed Harry Potter and Frozen Rooms - both of which have changing LED lights with music. Your children will love this including the games room with Pool table, TV, Foosball table, Board games, Playstation and more. This villa features both formal and casual living rooms, with comfortable sofas in each area. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests. Everything is provided!. We have dishes, silverware, pots, pans, linens for bath and linens for the pool. Just bring your family! Please note No Parties or events not allowed. The resort charges a fee of $20/car to issue a gate access card. The fee for 2 cards is included in the fees section as resort fee. Guest access The entire villa will be available for you and your guests. You can enjoy the pool and the spa. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. The garage has been converted into a Games room for you and your guests with TV, Pool table, Foosball table, Playstation. There are board games which you can enjoy during your stay. Other things to note There is a $35/per day charge to heat pool prior to check in. If requested after check-in there is an additional charge of $25 for a service visit You will be staying in a strictly family gated community, PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED (VIOLATIONS $ 500 PENALTY + DEEP CLEAN + TRASH FEE AND DAMAGES). Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pool area ($ 500 PENALTY) The resort charges a fee of $20/car to issue a gate access card. The fee for 2 cards is included in the fees section as resort fee. We have quiet hours after 10:00 PM and HOA rules must be respected. Fines may be imposed by the HOA if the rules are not observed. Our home is self-supply, guests should bring your own food, drink, hygienic items and cleaning items. We will provide towels, pool towels, linens, comforters and pillows. We will provide starter supply of toilet paper and soap. •Charcoal Grills are not allowed, $150 dollars fine will be applied in case of violation. Gas grill rental can be arranged. By law, the grills must remain outside the covered pool area Please enquire about the rates. * Only the guests disclosed at reservation are allowed to access the property. The person who is renting should be at least 25 years old. •No parking allowed anywhere on grass or sidewalk. Parking is allowed on the streets on the even side of streets on even months and odd side of the street on odd months.
