The front yard is on a quiet cul de sac, backyard has a canal running through with a small dock. 2 fishing kayaks are available at no charge. Wilson Marine rents and delivers pontoons and other boats with accessories at a 3 day minimum. Hardwood floors throughout this bright and cheery house. 2 separate living rooms with smart TVs and comfy leather sofas to relax. Front and back patios, Blackstone flat top grill, and fishing kayaks. 3 bed, 2 baths sleeps 6 comfortably with upgraded mattresses. A 7th person can be accommodated in the loft with auto-inflate air mattress. Secluded primary bedroom with king luxury mattress and large TV. Queen bedroom on 1st floor has a large smart TV, twin bunk beds across the hall. Bunk room has plenty of kids toys and books. Recently updated kitchen with induction stove, new oven and appliances. Filtered water from the fridge dispenser. Fully stocked with a coffee/beverage station, small appliances like mixer and blender, and a good variety of cooking supplies. Large table seats 6, and counter stools for 2 more. Full washer and dryer with laundry soap is available to guests on 2nd floor. Dyson stick vacuum, iron, and cleaning products stocked in laundry room. Guest access Entire house is available to guests. One closet it locked for owner's cleaning supplies. Other things to note House is not suitable for toddlers or small children due to proximity to the water. Kids must be supervised at all times while in the yard, and properly fitted life jackets must be worn in the water or while boating. Owners are not responsible for any injuries. No parties or events are allowed. Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. No pets of any kind are allowed.
