When you return, fire up your catch on the gas grill and enjoy it from your 2nd floor outdoor dining table. You will remain cool and dry from your covered wraparound balcony. Then wind down in the private hot tub, the perfect place to relax your muscles after a day on the water while taking in the coastal breeze. Included with the home are two single-seater kayaks, perfect for paddling through the calm canal or exploring the nearby waters at your own pace. Later, retreat into the spacious and chicly designed living room (with queen pullout couch) and stream your favorite shows from the smart TV. Once inside, submerge yourself into the wonderful colors of the ocean—custom-built light navy cabinets are complimented by a white quartz countertop sprinkled with a variety of vibrant blues. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom provides a brand new king-sized bed, smart TV, and desk area to get any last-minute work done. The guest bedroom comes equipped with 2 full beds and its own smart TV as well. Next to the washer and dryer, you’ll find the guest bathroom supplying a shower/tub combo to wash away the salt after a long day in the sun. In the storage area downstairs, there is space for your fishing gear, as well as a deep freezer for your bait and your catch. However, when asked for your favorite fishing story from The Keys, you’ll be able to tell them that the home was The Reel Catch. * Damage Waiver Fee ($99) is included in cleaning fee. * A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS. * We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge. * Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document. * Boat trailers must not encroach on the right of way and, if needed, should be parked at the Key Colony Beach trailer lot. The cost is $125 per week. *Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly. *Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. All information is handled confidentially and used only for verification purposes. *Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11 PM – 7 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. No parties or events. *Primary renter must be 25+ (30+ for select homes). *Smart home tech monitors decibel levels, occupancy, and basic utilities (no cameras in private areas). *Pets require pre-approval and a fee. No unauthorized animals allowed. *Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. *Bed Bugs: Property is inspected and confirmed clear before each stay. Any found are presumed guest-caused unless proven otherwise. Guests must vacate without refund and cover treatment costs. *Guests must follow checkout procedures and house rules to avoid fees. *Pool/spa heat is not included and may be added for an additional fee. Spa heat is not sold separately. *By booking, guests authorize charges for damages, violations, or unpaid balances and waive chargebacks. *Legal disputes are governed by Florida law and handled in Monroe County.
