Casa Marino is a house with several porches & terraces, sleeping 4 people comfortably, with enough space for 5 people if needed. The ground floor features a full kitchen, living area, a queen bed separated by a pony wall, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The first floor is reached by an external staircase, and features a terrace, and a bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The terrace is protected from the winds, and has a great view out to sea and the mountains. The space Located in phase 3 of Cabo Pulmo, a 15 min-walk away from the noise of the village and the beach, Casa Marino is a quiet retreat for those seeking a respite from our busy lives. Surrounded by mature trees and no immediate neighbours, Casa Marino is ideal for families and adults looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resort stays. With world class snorkelling less than 25 m from the beach, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site and National Marine Park, Cabo Pulmo offers some of the best diving to be had around the world. Hiking trails leave right from the house, perfect for an early morning or late afternoon walk into the mountains. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. We are situated away from town in a more secluded, very quiet area with plenty of wildlife. If you bring your children, make sure they are supervised at all times, and don't let them roam through the property, as there are other rentals and guests. Guest access Guests have access to the house and surrounding patios. Parking is available in front and on the property. Garage and laundry facility are considered private. Other things to note Please be aware that Casa Marino is completely off the grid, meaning solar panels and batteries are the only source of power for the house. Please turn off lights and fans when leaving the house for extended periods of time. Wifi is included in the pricing for emailing and web use. In general, it is strong enough to stream video (zoom, movies) or to download big files. However speed can vary depending on how many devices access wifi at the same time. Cabo Pulmo is located on a semi-arid peninsula of Mexico, where water is a scarce resource. Two septic tanks treat black water, meaning nothing else should go into the toilets other than human waste.
