There is also another bathroom for the 1st and 2nd rooms. The second floor of this home is spectacular. The views are breathtaking with large open windows to soak it all in. This is the living area of the home. There are living, dining and kitchen areas all wide and open. In the living area there is a large, flat screen TV over a fireplace. (This is an aesthetic feature only.) The kitchen has top of the line appliances and gorgeous cabinets. The best part of this whole floor is the screened in porch off of the kitchen with plenty of sitting/sleeping choices! There is a half bath on this floor.
