Extremely comfy king beds in all bedrooms, a private fenced backyard, blazing fast wifi and everything you need for a long term stay (or a quick one). You'll have: ✔BBQ ✔coffee ✔Tea ✔Wifi ✔Parking ✔COMFY King Beds ✔70" TV (amazon prime movies, Fire TV & Local OTA Live TV) All three bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor. The space Locals must contact host before booking. No parties, No pets of any kind (the staff has allergies), No smoking of any kind inside (outdoor back patio only) $300 fine for smoking inside. Any more than 9 persons in or on the property at any point in time will result all guest being immediately removed from the property with NO REFUND. $25 per person per night fee for guest over 6 persons. $50 late check out fee Outdoor security cameras are located at the front and back doors. A noise decibel monitors is installed inside. AC can not be set below 68° Toiletries, cleaning equipment and supplies are not supplied. Toilet paper and paper towels will not be restocked. SHIPPING & MAIL: Guest are not allowed to receive mail at the residence, USPS only grants a mailbox to long term tenants with a signed lease agreement. Use UPS or Fedex for shipping. Shipping packages from amazon or other stores must NOT use USPS shipping otherwise the package might be locked into the mailbox for the unit to which there is no key. If this happens you have to go to the local post office to have them get your package and pick it up at the post office. Guest access You will get an entire 3 bedroom townhouse unit with a private backyard, and one car garage.
