Come stay in this unique farmhouse that has been completely restored for a place of retreat and comfort. The property has an old pioneer cabin with a wood barn structure these buildings will take you back in time. Triumph Ranch is a short drive to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey. Just 13 miles from the Hailey airport and 11 miles to the River Run ski lift. Make your own adventures as this property has dozens of trails in your own back yard, even hike the Pioneer cabin loop. There is awesome backcountry access to snow shoe, back country skin, snow bike and you can even create your own cross country trail. The views that surrounds are stellar that helps you have an escape and get away from it all. During the winter season we highly recommend you have a AWD or 4WD vehicle, roads and drive are plowed but it is off the beaten path a bit. The newly renovated farm house offers two bedrooms and one bath. The bedrooms each have a Queen size bed with a cozy down comforter, linen blankets and comfortable sheets, not to mention the views from every room. The bathroom is fully remodeled with a tub shower combination, vanity, sink and toilet. Comfortable towels and toiletries are supplied, to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The bathroom holds the stackable front load washer and dryer. All eco friendly laundry and cleaning supplies are provided. The kitchen is open and fully stocked with all supplies to prepare family meals. The farmhouse kitchen provides pots and pans, utensils, small appliances, coffee, spices and basic baking ingredients. The dining and living room are open with a breathtaking view from every window. Dining table seats 4 and all dishes, glassware, flatware are provided. The living area has a smart TV and a petite sofa with a few arm chairs to relax. Take a look at the lovely antique lamps and the unique local artwork throughout. The outdoor deck is new construction with a space to soak up the sun and a view of Hyndman Peak. There is driveway parking for guests. We provide a snow plow/removal service for our guests for year round access. Guests will need manager approval for stays over 7 nights Pet Policy This home will allow one dog under 50 lb with a pet fee, dogs must not be left unattended in the home, they must be in a crate. There will be an additional pet fee of $35 per night applied to the reservation. Airbnb guests that are bringing an approved dog will be sent a special payment request for any nights beyond the one night fee assessed. Pet fee must be paid in full prior to your arrival. We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. Dog must be approved in writing by MVP to be on the premises. We do not allow any pit bull, rottweiler or doberman breeds. No cats ​​​​​​​A NOTE FROM MVP VACATION HOMES: If you are bringing pets to a pet-friendly property, please notify management in advance. For properties that are not pet-friendly, no pets are allowed under any circumstances. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your booking. Guest access Head north on the 75 HWY and turn right at the East Fork Rd/Greenhorn traffic light. Drive 5.6 miles down East Fork Rd, passing the small town of Triumph. Once you pass the town, you'll see the driveway to the property on your left. Please note that there is little to no service available on your way out, so please contact MVP Vacation Homes with any directional questions before starting your drive to the property.Getting the key: The key is located in a lockbox by the main entrance mounted on the wall. Enter the code to access the lockbox and remove the key for use during your stay. Extra Keys: An additional set of keys will be on the kitchen counter for your use. Please remember to put one set of keys back in the lockbox when you leave. The additional key can be left on the kitchen counter. Other things to note Note for Airbnb Bookings Just to clarify Airbnb handles their own payment structure and also how they title payments and fees.
