No elevator on premise. No screen porch, but has lovely outdoor yard seating area. Sofa bed, Master bedroom and common bath are on main floor. Other 3 bedrooms and powder room are on top floor. The interior is professionally designed and features high-quality flooring and surfaces, and furnishings that are modern & retro, which create open and airy spaces that bring back warm memories of summers gone by. Other things to note MUST CLIMB STAIRS. No elevator on premise. Cottage is set back and adjacent to large private home as depicted aerial view picture in exterior photographs. PET FEES ADDED AFTER BOOKING :-) Pet fee $59/day. Dogs only-2 max. Guests must confirm pet upon booking. Host will then send a reservation change request to add fees.
