The space Lynmouth is an immaculately renovated historical home in Hobart's riverside suburb of New Town. It is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with outdoor table settings. The interior is light and open-plan with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area with double doors onto a sunny deck with a BBQ. The separate lounge area is cosy with a woodfire, comfy couches, and TV with Netflix, Kayo, Prime, and Disney+. With ample board games, and a second living space with a pool table and darts board, Lynmouth is perfect for the young and young at heart. The 3 bedrooms have four comfortable beds with premium linens for 7 people. A porta cot and highchair are available for babies. There is ample heating and cooling and NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The main bathroom, with shower and bath is supplemented by a second toilet/laundry area. Guest access The entire home, deck, off street parking, and fenced garden surrounds are available to you during your stay. Make yourself at home. There is self check-in with keyless entry. The rooms, deck and veranda are all on one level, with two steps up to the front door and no internal stairs. There is space for two cars in the driveway and plenty of parking on the wide road. Other things to note Lynmouth cottage is the perfect place to base yourselves as you explore Hobart and Tasmania. The house is centrally located, with MONA to the north, Salamanca to the south, the airport to the east, and Mt Wellington to the west. For those who love to walk, roller-blade, scoot, or ride, the house is located close to the intercity cycleway which runs north past Mona and south to the CBD. It runs alongside the River Derwent and through suburbs, passing many beautiful places to stop for a look. A walking track also meanders along the River's edge alongside the cycleway and passes the Botanical Gardens and into the City. Registration Details PLN-22-336
