Welcome to our farms cozy, quiet, raised bungalow, right on the Swannanoa river and just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The kitchen is light filled and looks out on our sheep pastures. The river is just a minute's stroll away, and connects to Owen Park and Warren Wilson College. The patio dining area has rocking chairs, cafe lighting and a lovely view. There is a firepit, and firewood available. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with endless hot water. Our well water is filtered and tested. 2 bedrooms full of windows, one with a queen bed and a twin, one with a full futon that can convert to a sitting room. Bright bathroom with a cozy tub and unlimited hot water. Kitchen and dining room full of light, stocked with kitchenwares.
