#Quiet, comfy and spacious 3 bedroom home in KC

This 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house is ideal for large groups, family trips, colleagues traveling together or just about anyone. Recently renovated, tons of space, nicely decorated, brand new furniture and mattresses! House is located in the quiet neighborhood 15 mins from KC Downtown with super easy access to highways that will take you about anywhere in KC metro. If you need more properties send me a message! The space The house has three levels: upstairs there's a kitchen with an open dining area, all three bedrooms and the full bathroom. Master bedroom has a king bed, other bedroom has two twins and the third bedroom has queen size bed. On the main level there is a large living room and downstairs there's smaller living room and the laundry room with half-bathroom and exit to the garage and deck. On the deck there's an outdoor set with 4 chairs and a gas grill. All three couches in the living rooms are convertible into flat beds (linens are provided) Please be aware that the max capacity of 12 assumes that people would share king/queen beds and sofa beds. For more comfortable stay (each person in a bed) this house is suitable for 4-6 people. You can park up to 2 cars on the driveway and one more on the street but please do not block our neighbors.
