Pet-friendly Downtown Cottage
* WINTER SPECIAL* only $125/night through February ($25 discount) Located on a quiet street in downtown Grass Valley, this well-maintained 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy new queen mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen, a giant flat screen tv, and a large yard to play with your furry friend. The house is just a few blocks away from the center of vibrant downtown Grass Valley. Nevada City is just 5 minutes up the highway. This is a well-maintained 1930’s bungalow. It has a beautiful entryway/sunroom, a comfy living room, dining and kitchen. There is a laundry area and coffee bar off the kitchen. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room couch also folds out into a queen bed. Outside there is a nice front porch and a large unfenced yard. We won't bother you at all but if you need something let us know and we will be happy to help. Were not far away Downtown Grass Valley is sure to charm! Check out the Grass Valley Center for the Arts for world-renowned music, taste local wines at Sierra Star or Avanguardia tasting rooms, grab a local brew at Grass Valley Brewing, or enjoy classic italian comfort food at Cirino's. Our home is only a few blocks from Hwy 49/20 so you can access all the great swimming holes, hiking trails, wineries and more that Gold Country has to offer. Nevada City is a short 5 minute drive north and the Nevada County Fairgrounds are just one exit away. Downtown is easily walkable from the house but there is also plenty of parking if you would like to drive. Please make sure to let us know at the time of reservation the number of pets you plan on bringing so we can make sure our cleaners know. Thank you!
