THE PROPERTY The condo’s main and unique feature is the great living room that is open to a large, corner lanai with sunset views over the golf course. The spacious lanai offers plenty of sitting and lounging space for your whole family to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, tv, and direct lanai access. The master bathroom has been updated with a large walk-in shower with a seat, double vanity, and custom cabinets. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The second bedroom has tv, a queen bed, and opens up to the spacious lanai. The second bathroom has a shower tub and single vanity. There is an elevator for your convenience. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL Welcome Basket Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire Condo and community pool area, tennis courts, and gym. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT -Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability. - Check-out time is 10 am. - No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys.
